### Delivery needs

List any requested integration, support, deployment, or data-location requirements. Confirm availability and terms separately.

### Distribution rights

For a batch, keep unused evaluations in the total cost. Time capacity is not automatically cash savings, and a proposed benefit is not a measured hiring outcome.
