The walkthrough is illustrative. It does not run an evaluation, upload a recording, collect candidate data, or make a hiring decision.

## What the video shows

1. **Bring the interview.** Start with the recorded technical interview and a quality-checked transcript.
2. **Define the role.** Add the job, must-haves, interview questions, and ideal-answer criteria.
3. **Connect the candidate.** Create the candidate profile and attach the attributable interview transcript.
4. **Review the report.** Inspect the alignment findings, source evidence, gaps, and follow-up questions before a qualified human decides.

## What the team receives

The result connects the role requirements to what the candidate actually said. It shows supported evidence, missing detail, contradictions, ownership, technical depth, and the follow-up still needed. An alignment score is available only when the configured evaluation requirements are met.

The report supports human review. It does not replace the hiring team, establish a clinical or psychological diagnosis, or prove future job performance.
