Can speech-pattern changes prove that a candidate used AI?
No. A later speech-pattern change can only be a source-review prompt when the interview includes a usable open-ended baseline and preserves the recording context. It is not proof of AI use, deception, or ineligibility. A reviewer must inspect context, exclude protected traits, and keep missing or unusable evidence from becoming a negative conclusion.
